During your retreat, you will be residing at Olympia Oasis, a five-star beach resort located at the most beautiful area of Olympia coast, Loutra Kastro Kyllini. It has spacious luxury rooms in front the sea. The double rooms can accommodate 3 persons and the family bungalow rooms can accommodate 4 persons.
This retreat will take place in the coast of Olympia, Greece. The coast of Olympia, at Kyllini Loutra is one of the most beautiful places of Peloponnese. Often best known for the Ancient Olympia site (the birthplace of Olympic Games), Kyllini is also home to some of the most beautiful beaches, one of which will be on your very doorstep.
During the classical times, Olympia was the city where the Olympic games took place, the greatest athletic event of the then-Greek world. Ancient Olympia is a village and a municipality of Ilia, built in the valley of river Alpheus. Nearby, there lies the archaeological site, one of the most popular ones in Greece, which attracts every year tourists from all over the world.
In flow yoga, your body movement is synchronized to the breath and poses run together in a smooth way like a dance. Please book your flight to arrive at Kalamata International Airport (KLX). Alternative, you can fly into Araxos Airport or Athens Airport (ATH). Transfer from and to the airport is on request. Taxis can be arranged at additional cost to collect you from the airport and bring you to the hotel.
You can reach Kyllini via a boat to Katakolo port from other Greek islands nearby.
All major credit cards are accepted in the retreat venue. There is a money exchange at the reception and the nearest bank and ATM is seven kilometers away.

Frankie has attended numerous yoga seminars worldwide by practitioners such as Bo Forbes, Christopher Harrison, Eddie Stern, Steven Swenson, Tim Miller, Francoise Freedman, Jean Claude Garnier, Surinder Singh, Kranti, and more. All kinds of yoga types are provided by Frankie’s experienced staff to demanding yoga lovers.
During this retreat, you will be served three meals per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals are delicious and healthy, all made with local Greek produce and created to support your health and wellbeing, leaving you feeling detoxed, cleansed, and in optimal health. There are also snacks, ice creams, alcoholic or soft drinks, hot and cold beverages available.
You can book spa treatments at an additional cost at the Elixir Thalassotherapy Center. Inspired by the rotunda at Ancient Olympia nearby, Elixir Thalassotherapy Center is designed like a complex of Greek temples.
