This fully onsite program is designed to empower passionate and curious students to deepen their self-practice and confidently share the gift of yoga with others. By immersing yourself in this intensive training, you will experience the true essence of yoga in a serene and inspiring environment.
Insda Resort Chiang Mai is a perfect destination for hosting retreats, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating environment amidst the lush mountains of northern Thailand. You will receive your 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate upon completion.
The training will be held for 20 days. Please note that Advait Yoga does not have training sessions on Sundays, but you can stay and explore the beauty of Thailand in those days.
This training structure helps curious and passionate students to strengthen their self-practice and safely teach yoga to others. The core syllabus of 200-hour yoga teacher training includes Hatha yoga asana practice and teaching, alignment, yoga philosophy, pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, meditation, Shatkriyas, chakras, anatomy, physiology, Karma yoga, and teaching skills.
This course gives you a strong foundation in yoga practice and philosophy. Advait Yoga is a world-class professional yoga school that teaches yoga in its traditional and original form. Teaching yoga is an excellent and enriching way to serve your local or worldwide community. If you do not wish to teach yoga, you can join this course to learn more than just asanas and expand your experience and practice.
Practicing and exploring Hatha yoga with alignment. Practice includes the pavanmuktasana series, suryanamaskar, chandranamaskar, seated, forward bends, twists, abdominal, backbend, inversion, arm balancing, and headstand. Practicing asanas twice a day will make everybody healthier and more flexible.
Breath is the most vital process of the physical body, having a deep connection with your body, mind, and emotions. Pranayama techniques expand the breath opening the door to physical, mental, and emotional health and inner transformation. Regular practice of pranayama will increase well-being.
Tattva, pranic, and advanced mudras in conjunction with daily meditative practices. You are learning to use three bandhas moola, udiyana, jalandhara, and maha bandha. Bandhas improve the effectiveness of asanas and breathing practices and help to awaken, purify, and awaken the chakras.

Characteristics of seven chakras, their location, beej mantras, and effect on the body, mind, and emotions. Chakras are the door to spirituality. Yoga meditation practices to purify and awaken the chakras.

Combining modern science with ancient wisdom from the Upanishads and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, he has spent years guiding yoga practitioners on their path. Specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa with a therapeutic approach, Iyengar Yoga, and restorative practices, Siddhesh integrates pranayama, Osho Meditation, and Eastern mysticism, including Sufism and Zen.
Laurie, originally from the French countryside of Alsace, discovered yoga in her teens and deepened her practice during college. With a background in chemical engineering, she sought a more holistic understanding of life, leading her to Eastern philosophy and medicine. Now a dedicated yoga instructor, Laurie teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga while assisting in Ashtanga classes with Siddhesh. With four years of teaching experience in France, she now travels across Southeast Asia, sharing her knowledge through online and in-person sessions.
