The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful and the food choices were amazing - I didn't actually have lunch at all during my trip as I was fed so well at breakfast!! The room was beautiful, with a spa bath, huuuge bed and a gorgeous terrace with ocean view. I slept with the windows open so I could listen to the ocean. The yoga instructor was great, very attentive and knowledgeable and I took away lots of tips to improve my practice, as well as my posture and general physical wellbeing, and we even did a bit of meditation which was new for me. We did yoga on the beach one morning which was lovely, the other sessions were done in conference rooms within the hotel.

I would definitely come back here for another retreat, preferably for longer next time so I can see a little more of Durres and Tirana!
