"Great way to zen out! "
A great retreat, a good way to unplug. Everything is planned out so you don’t have to think or make any decisions. My only suggestion is to add more yoga classes.
For those feeling burned out from life it’s a great way to unwind. :)

"A Paradise on Earth"
I really like the warm and nice atmosphere. the hotel team was amazing, super welcome, efficient and makes me truly feel at home. Also the quality stardard is very high and the hotel, located inside the jungle of Ubud, is relaxing and inspiring.
I booked the ayurveda package that included 1 yoga + meditation everyday, 10 spa treatiment and personalized ayurveda menu at the restaurant.
Yoga: Local instructors, I really feel a true yoga and meditation experience.
Spa: The Spa quality and therapists is one of the highest I ever joined and I was able to do a lot of treatiment all wonderful ( my favourite was Chakra opening massage done by the very good therapist Ms Pipit and flower bath that was magical).
Restaurant: i was very surprised regarding the high and healty quality ( fresh and local ingredients, Slow Food certifcate, even the real italan espresso machine La Marzocco) . The food was delicious, you can choose among vegetarian or onnivore dishes and the presentation of the food was a joy for the eyes. The Staff was all really nice and makes me feel welcome.
I also higly recommend the extra activities
-Balinese cooking class with chef Agung and assistant Tesa
-Mandala flower with Ms Gusti
- Excursion with private car so that i was able to see the most interesting things in Ubud area ( Rice Fields, Tirta Empul Temple..) with Mr Nyoman that not only took me with car but also was so kind to explain me several interesting things during the Temple visit.

Stunning place, absolutely fantastic local 'slow food' (the Herb Library restaurant won best vegetarian restaurant in Bali but also serves some fish/chicken etc), fabulous array of ayurvedic treatments and great yoga and mediation classes to start each morning. Oh and the rooms are great too. Practically perfect.

"Adiwana is a dream come true"
I stayed at Adiwanna for 8 days with the Wellness/Rejuvenating package. It was my Ubud vacation dream-come-true and beyond. The exceptional staff took great care of me, everyone was gracious, kind and caring. I was traveling alone but never felt alone.
Adiwana is tucked away from the busy/noisy street traffic in a quiet alley. It has two exquisite pools surrounded by lush landscaping, despite being fully booked, I never felt like there was a lot of people, which is wonderful when you are relaxing by the pool. I had the Adiwana signature room on top floor over looking the jungle and pool. Waking up every morning to sound of nature and relaxing by my beautiful balcony was an unexpected luxury.
It was a treat to practice yoga in the dojo on first floor, surrounded by sounds of nature and lush greens. Yoga dojo on the roof was equally tranquilizing with sounds of roosters and nuances of Ubud.
The vegetarian / vegan meals provided by Herb Library was NEXT LEVEL, very creative and nutritious, not to mention beautiful. I enjoyed many of my meals by the pool.
I had 5 different spa treatments catered to my personal needs which includes one hour of full body massage followed by different spas (bath, scrub, facial). I truly felt pampered. The entire spa staff are so gracious and sweet.
I can go on and on about how wonderful Adiwana and their team is. But you will really need to experience for yourself to believe it. I will definitely return.

From the moment I arrived until my departure the experience was excellent. Highlights were the friendly staff, food at the herb library. Very generous potions. I took a 3 night package and had an amazing experience. I also took a taxi tour with Rusdiana which turned out to be fantastic. His English was great & he was very informative. Would highly recommend & would love to visit again

"This Place Heals"
Adiwana Jembawan is a magic places that heals. I spent 8 days in the resort where I received a full detox of my body and relieved the stress from 6 years of intense work and travels. The entire hotel functions as one unit and offered the most thoughtful and personalized service from delicious daily healthy meals to amazing Spa treatments. I felt like I was treated and taken care of as a family in Adiwana. Shout outs to the wellness consultant Yani, the chefs at Herb Library, the hotel manager Kade, my driver Jodi, and all the friendly staffs who smiled and greeted me like a friend. Look forward to my next stay in this home away from home in Ubud.

Staff were very warm and accommodating and made sure I was cared for. Yoga was refreshing. Instructors made sure it was rewarding and fun. "Exceptional experience "
The people were so incredibly lovely. The drivers, the hotel staff, the spa team, the cafe team including wait staff and cooks, the grounds keepers, everyone.
The spa treatments were incredible as was the food. Oh my god, the food was next level amazing. The location was a little noisy at times but that’s the compromise for being close to central Ubud. Definitely recommend.
from United States, March 2019
I loved the wellness consultation. I loved the spa treatments everyday. I loved being catered to. I loved my room. I loved resort, spa and herb library staff - they’re friendly, caring, and hospitable.

"Most relaxing and refreshing 5 days!"
Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The staff knew my name right from the start and anything I wanted to do, go to, eat they were happy to arrange. The spa experiences and food were great as well. They arranged my included excursion which was amazing and also arranged for me to do another excursion to Nusa Penida. I can't recommend this resort enough if you're looking for an easy place to relax for a few days and to explore Ubud.

"Restorative, relaxing and charming"
Adiwana is a beautiful, modern hotel with spacious, elegant rooms and sumptuous, comfortable beds. There are generous balconies with practical drying racks for swimsuits and yoga gear. The Herb Library offers delicious, nutritious food throughout the day with fast room (or pool) service. Seven am yoga, lead by Adi and supported on a couple of alternate days by two female yogis of equal skill and teaching ability, was relaxed and careful - first timers new to yoga were cared for as well as practiced yogis. Eight am meditation is focused, varied and accessible. As you practice, the sun filters through lush jungle and the occasional tropical shower, birds sing, and smudges of incense float on the air. The Ayurvedic spa, overseen by Yani, is an absolute treat. Practitioners are skilled and caring, and products are pure and clean. The rooms - each one a different shade of a muted rainbow - are covered in tapestries and Bali art. Across the board, staff are charming, helpful and professionaI. I could not have imagined a more restorative, grounding experience. I also felt safe and cared for, as a solo traveller.

"Don’t go anywhere else"
I loved everything about this experience. It’s exactly what you expect. Everybody was super nice and helpful. I get home instantly and the food was amazing! I think after this trip I’ll go fully vegetarian. I loved our tour guy, and everybody who worked at this place. If you are a very advanced yogi, probably these yoga classes are too beginner for you, but I enjoyed it anyway. I don’t remember the older male yoga teacher but his sentence ‘smile to your anus’ will remain with me forever. They brought joy to me every day. However I left for the last 2 days of my trip to this uber expensive and nice hotel in the middle of the forest, I wish I would have stayed at this resort because it was a lot cozier.
from United Kingdom, January 2019
Everything about this place was better than expected. The 6 day package is amazing value, the treatments are first class, the rooms are relaxing and comfortable, the restaurant serves delicious food and is open all day. Yoga and meditation were taught by local teachers. The retreat gave me the recharge I needed. It is close enough to central Ubud that you can walk everywhere, far enough away to be tranquil. I would definitely go back.

"complete refresh of the mind body and spirit"
Adiwana is a hidden jewel in the spiritual village of Ubud. You simply float out of there having been pampered, treated and fed like a queen. The staff are so gracious and genuinely friendly and helpful.
