Adi Yogpeeth offers this 30-hour online, self-paced, therapeutic, health yoga teacher training starting every Saturday and ending on Thursday of every month. This course is available online via Zoom application or it can be self-paced where students can learn as per their time convenience via recorded video of classes.

In this course, students will learn holistic yoga asana, pranayama, cleansing, and meditation. The minimum capacity for this program is 1 person, it can cater to a single person or a group of person too.

Pre-application requirements:

This course is eligible for all yoga practitioners to learn and enhance the knowledge of Yoga, Pranayama-Cleasing & Meditation from the comfort of your home.

Certifications

The course hours count as Continuing Education Hours (YACEP) to Register with Yoga Alliance (RYT®) for those who as already complete 200,300 or 500 Hour course. Those who haven't done any course before the school will provide a participation certificate.

How the training works

Every day there will be a three and half hour sessions with Adi Yogpeeth most renowned teachers. This YACEP short course is very effective and it needs dedication and discipline to learn the science of yoga in a holistic and therapeutic manner.

Holistic Yoga Asana will be covered by Yogi Suraj Negi Ji and Pranayama & Meditation will be covered by Monika Pundir Ji. You will receive all videos, audios, and program-related PDF books to practice just after registration.

Online Practicinor:- In order to join the classes, you need to have an account in Zoom with a good internet connection with your favorite yoga mat and props, notebook, and pen.

Self-Paced:- In order to join Seld-Paced we will be sending the videos, audios of the classes, course-related books and manuals which students can follow as per there time convenience. In Self Paced the course can be completed in 15- 20 days or even more as per student timings.
