Dr. Hemlata Saklani Bahuguna was born in 1985 in New Tehri. She has attended the Combined (P.G.) Institute of Medical Science & Research (CIMSR) in Dehradun, where she is graduated as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. During graduation, she started working in the field of the effect of physiotherapy on rib-fracture and spinal-cord injuries as she has done research and projects in the same field. She is an expert in the field of yoga anatomy and physio-yoga-therapy.
Seeking the self has put Kannan Ji in places to learn alternative medical systems like homeopathy, acupuncture, marma therapy, and (naturopathy as passion). Rooted from South Indian tradition, he has an 8-year journey in practicing and teaching Ayurveda Varma/Marma Therapy gathered from traditional practitioners of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Classes on Anatomy and Physiology are approached in such a way that, it combines modern anatomy with yogic and ayurvedic principles to explore the inexpensive, independent health and joyous life.
Yoga has been a part of his life since his childhood, getting blessings from his grandparents and his guru. Kushagra has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Yogic Science. He has more than 6 years of teaching experience of Nath yoga tradition focusing on Hatha yoga, Kundalini, pranayama, and yoga therapy covering the traditional and modern dimensions of the yogic science and the philosophy behind it. Multi-style Teacher: Arti is a yoga graduate and also a 200-hour certified teacher. She was born and brought up in Rishikesh, so she started yoga at a very young age. Her journey started from the guidance of one most renowned teachers in Rishikesh Rudra Ji and Golu Sharma Ji where she learned the traditional teaching of yoga. Since then, it has become a very important part of her life. Her areas of expertise are Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, and pranayama.
