This 100 Hour Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course offers a basic knowledge of yoga teacher training, theoretically and practically. It offers a hands-on training program that includes all the important elements of yoga. It is for anyone who has the desire for self-knowledge and deepening of the Raja yoga and yogic techniques. During graduation, she started working in the field of the effect of physiotherapy on rib-fracture and spinal-cord injuries as she has done research and projects in the same field. She is an expert in the field of yoga anatomy and physio-yoga therapy.
Seeking the self has put Kannan Ji in places to learn alternative medical systems like homeopathy, acupuncture, marma therapy, and (naturopathy as a passion). Rooted in South Indian tradition, he has an 8-year journey in practicing and teaching Ayurveda Varma / Marma Therapy gathered from traditional practitioners of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
