How the training works

For Live classes you need to install a Zoom application, create your own account, prepare a yoga mat, and have and a strong internet connection to attend live classes. This course consists of 65 contact hours and 35 non-contact hours by videos, study books, self-practice, and self-study. There will be six hours and 15 minutes of live classes every day. You will be provided course material, PDF books, and videos of practices.

Offline studies

You can complete the entire course offline by watching video modules, completing reading and writing assignments, and submitting teaching practice recordings, which they review and give feedback.

1. Kundalini yoga asanas to stimulate glands, organs, or body awareness and to quiet the mind for meditation:

  • Bhujangasana (cobra pose - to awaken heart chakra)
  • Prarthanasana (the prayer pose - to have reverence)
  • Padahastasana (the standing forward bend - to awaken Muladhara Chakra)
  • Tadasana (the tree pose - for nourishing our spiritual aspiration)
  • Trikonasana (the triangle pose)
  • Sahaja Agnisar Dhauti (awakening inner fire - in Manipura Chakra)
  • Vajrasana (thunderbolt pose - to cleanse Vajra Nadi to promote ascendance of the sexual energy towards upper chakras)
  • Shalabhasana (the locust pose -Increases the blood supply to the sacrum and lower back)
  • Dhanurasana (the bow pose - remove constipation and improve digestion)
  • Ardha Matsyendrasana (the lord of the fishes pose)
  • Uddiyana Bandha (upward flying lock)
  • Paschimottanasana (the back stretching pose)
