Program

About the Program

Imagine rolling into your cosy ocean-side abode on Friday night with a group of like-minded women waiting to welcome you with open arms. Imagine sharing cosy dinners and meals together, nights by the fireplace chatting away like you’ve known each other for lifetimes. Spend time in gentle regenerative yoga and breath practices that nourish your body, mind and soul. Practice building a sense of resilience through community, embodying resources to lean on, and restful activity to ground the body.

Learn through workshops to fuel your curiosity and wonder for living a life well-lived. Listen to your First-Nations educator in a safe space where you can grow, question, understand and ultimately feel more connected to Aboriginal Histories and Cultures. Move through guided accessible and inclusive outdoor adventures (suited to women!) to take slow deep breaths of fresh ocean air, and enjoy expansive views across the ocean and rolling Fleurieu hills and cliff-sides. It’s time to let nature do it’s thing and lull your nervous system into balance and regeneration…

Sarah and Elise are passionate about helping women to connect both to self and community - creating a world of rested and confidently active women.

Retreat location

Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia

This program will take place at Kings Beach Retreats, which is on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia.

About the Location

The retreat will be held 100 kilometers South of Adelaide CBD in the stunning surroundings of coastal Fleurieu Peninsula, overlooking the Great Southern Ocean. The traditional owners of this region are the Ngarrindjeri People who have a deep connection with the lower Murray River, lakes and Coorong.

This area isn’t only amazing for its living culture and history, but it’s also famous for the epic Heysen Trail that extends both ways along the coast past Kings Beach Retreats along rugged cliffs and rolling hills. Full of unique and abundant native wildlife, the expansive ocean views allow for spaciousness and a feeling of connection to earth and sea together, just as the First Peoples once had, and still have today. Fleurieu Peninsula is the perfect place for rest, adventure, comfort, learning, indulgence, exploration and simply being.
