"Do you want to reset yourself? This is the place! 🫶🏼"

I like everything about this place! My second time here, when I got here I was short of breath, my shoulders were up to my ears, my hips, lower back and shoulders were sore. After two weeks I felt like a new person, lowered shoulders, much better breathing, stronger and no pain. I was looked after from start to end, all the people who works here and the guests are wonderfully, kind and good. Gareth with his delightful laugh showed me around and organized swimming with elephants and beach club. Peanut was always helpful.Lovely Jenny who taught me arial yoga and Wall yoga, love here. Lovely Trish who almost got me into a Bikram pose which is my gosl. Eric who taught me technique in strength and got rid of lower back pain. Charlie, the physical therapist fixed my shoulders. Sandra with the big smile who made me a perfect chocolate protein shake, and the rest of the chefs who made fantastic food. The rest of the yoga and CrossFit instructors are so pros! the staff make everyone feel looked after for. The food is amazing! The dizziness I had when I arrived disappeared. The upgrade Chris has done is incredible, view of the sea in the yoga room, steam and sauna with cold bath. The roof terrace 👌🏻 The beds 🙌, the rooms have everything you need, with cleaning every day. 2 weeks is far too short, at least 3 weeks next time😅 The masseuses 👌🏻, got some hard knots in the shoulders and back kneaded well. I could write a whole book with only positive things. This place is therapy♥️🙏

I liked everything, the bed was absolutely beautiful. Loved the yoga classes. Fantastic follow-up of my pt Suelen. The food was good and I felt so cleansed after my stay.

Everyone who worked there was very welcoming and helpful. I had never tried crossfit before, but I want to do more of that. Unfortunately I didn't get an appointment with Charlie, heard he was absolutely incredible. Next time. Also met a lot of nice people there. My stay was beyond all expectations and I wish I had at least two weeks there.

"A wonderful fitness trip in AP"

Entering Action Point is like entering your home. Every one here is friendly. The reception girls know every guest’s name and schedule, and will provide any assistance you need. The chef Sophia cooks very delicious and healthy meals. I love her food very much. My coach Anthony is an extremely nice big guy with childlike heart. He taught me different workout techniques very patiently, let me know the nutritious diet, and also gave me a surprising birthday celebration. Eric and Callum are not my coaches, but they are very informative and helpful when I have any questions at anytime. Nong, the hot yoga teacher, very encouraging. Having been doing yoga with her for two weeks, I really see the improvement of my strength. Mel, is just a wonderful and knowledgeable yoga teacher. She opens a new door for me when I’m learning yoga with her. I had attended all her yoga classes when I was there. Her methods of teaching yoga is extremely enjoyable. In general, Action Point has everything you need: variety of classes (cross fit, yoga, Thai boxing, personal training, etc), comfortable and clean hotel rooms, healthy and pleasant food, and super friendly and professional people. It’s definitely a place deserves frequent visits.

Detox drink by sunrise, breakfast, 1 hour Fitness, Hot Yoga with Nong (can you lose so much water in one hour, yes you can...), Lunch, Personal Training with Callum (it was a pleasure doing all the workouts with you, enjoyed it very much - was not in the list above), Muay Thai Boxing (lovely people), Protein Balls or Shake, Steam Room, Ice Bath, Yoga with Melanie, Yin Yoga at sunset on the rooftop with a emazing view, Dinner (Sofia, thank you for your delicious food during my four weeks - as well emazing view over the pool out to the sea), Big Buddha Walking at 5:30 am, Boat Trip to Koh Racha (snorkeling and relaxing at Siam Bay, loved everything. Great pickup service from and to airport, very friendly and helpfull office staff, very good advices from Anthony and Callum, thank you!

"Perfect place to get back into shape!"

I spent two weeks at Action Point with the idea to be physically active and eat well which certainly was the case. A personally set schedule with a daily routine of 3-4 work outs with hot yoga, PT sessions and various cardio and action fit classes interspersed with healthy great home made food was just what I needed.
