"Perfect place to get back into shape!"

I spent two weeks at Action Point with the idea to be physically active and eat well which certainly was the case. A personally set schedule with a daily routine of 3-4 work outs with hot yoga, PT sessions and various cardio and action fit classes interspersed with healthy great home made food was just what I needed.

Detox drink by sunrise, breakfast, 1 hour Fitness, Hot Yoga with Nong (can you lose so much water in one hour, yes you can...), Lunch, Personal Training with Callum (it was a pleasure doing all the workouts with you, enjoyed it very much - was not in the list above), Muay Thai Boxing (lovely people), Protein Balls or Shake, Steam Room, Ice Bath, Yoga with Melanie, Yin Yoga at sunset on the rooftop with a emazing view, Dinner (Sofia, thank you for your delicious food during my four weeks - as well emazing view over the pool out to the sea), Big Buddha Walking at 5:30 am, Boat Trip to Koh Racha (snorkeling and relaxing at Siam Bay, loved everything. Great pickup service from and to airport, very friendly and helpfull office staff, very good advices from Anthony and Callum, thank you!
