You will enjoy a healing weekend, reconnecting with yourself on the island of gods in Bali. During these days, you will have the opportunity to heal yourself through daily mindfulness practices and organic healthy food and experiment with local culture!
You will experience two different ambiances of the magic island of Bali First, the ricefields and waterfall north, and second a wonderful time by the most stunning beaches of Bali in Uluwatu! In between, you will stop on your way to a transformative sound bath in Ubud.
The ethics are all about therapy. You will be exploring yoga practice through energy (chakras) and anatomic focus with plant-based drinks associated with each flow to make you feel your best, learn, and relax. The yoga flows are from different styles: Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga beginner. You will also discover different techniques of pranayama and meditation and enjoy the benefits of sound healing sessions.
On day one, a cardio walk and slow fitness and Pilates training on the beach are included if you ever want to join. Private classes are also available on request.
