Absolute Sanctuary's 38 rooms are inspired by the stunning architecture of Morocco with bright yet soothing color templates throughout. Moroccan textiles, carefully selected ornaments and art pieces create a feeling of comfort and coziness like a home away from home.
Yoga studios
Absolute Sanctuary has 2 fully equipped yoga studios tailor-made for yoga events. Absolute Sanctuary's Jungle Studio features a custom heating and ventilation system approximately 144 meter square with a 50 mat capacity.
Absolute Sanctuary's Pool Studio offers panoramic pool / sea views and is approximately 60 meter square with a 46 mat capacity. It is equipped with a projector screen for workshops or lectures and a DVD player for video screenings. Both studios individually can be used for small workshop groups or breakout sessions. All studios feature floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning, and sound systems. Mats, blocks, straps, meditation mats, and towels are available.
Spread across 5 buildings, you can choose between Absolute Sanctuary's Sanctuary Suite, Sanctuary Deluxe, and Sanctuary Superior rooms to match your budget and comfort level. All rooms are non-smoking, offer sea views or pool views and have a private terrace. All rooms feature an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, safe, hair dryer, TV, telephone, kettle, and full amenities with other items such as iron and ironing board available upon request.
Sanctuary suite
Rest assured that your stay in the Sanctuary suite would be nothing but relaxing and rejuvenating. All Absolute Sanctuary's suites feature a king-size four-poster canopy bed, a Moroccan-style lounge area with exquisite pillows and cushions, large windows, and a spacious stylish bathroom with bathtub and shower for ultimate, comfortable indulgence.

Program
Phase 1: Cleanse - clean the body, clear the mind, get to know thyself
Start your program by embarking on a fasting and detox journey, clearing and ridding the body of toxins and releasing old energy before you start anew with new plans and goals. Take this time to reconnect with yourself, renew your health goals, and determine your long-term desires with the help and support of Absolute Sanctuary's team.
- Duration: Two weeks
Phase 2: Transform - creating changes, taking the first steps, feel your body, feel your mind
You enter this phase of transformation refreshed, ready to start to create and learn new healthy habits for life. This phase has a stronger emphasis in bridging the mind and body connection. Installing the practice of being “mindful” and compassionate towards your bodies, yourselves, and your thoughts.
Exercise and body movement activities begin in this phase in a more personalized setting. The variety of activities allows you to focus more specifically on each type of activity to gain more knowledge and learn the foundations of these practices to take with you after you leave.

Phase 3: Anew - celebrate a new you, embrace your new self, enjoy cultural and spiritual explorations
You enter this phase feeling the benefits of all the trainings and treatments you have done, feeling positively charged, empowered, and transformed. As the program draws to a close, you will have the chance to pursue more leisure and fun activities to celebrate your new self.
An integral part of this phase is the symbolic releasing activity to let go of any bad habits and a monk blessing to welcome the new you. Everything works together this week to seal all your hard work, solidify, and integrate them within. You leave confident and ready to take on the world.

Absolute Sanctuary is located on the North Eastern side of Koh Samui, also known as the island of healing. The retreat center is nestled on a hill amidst thick, lush vegetation, and overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Absolute Sanctuary is located just 5 minutes' drive away from the airport and the popular Chaweng and Cheong Mon Beaches. A regular shuttle bus service runs from the resort to the beaches.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Samui Airport (USM). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Absolute Sanctuary will pick you up from the airport.
