Program
All yoga classes, group meals, and tours are completely optional. You may participate in as much or as little as you would like during the cruise. Yoga classes will be accessible to all levels of practitioners.

Seven breakfasts, six lunches, three dinners are included, including a welcome reception and dinner and a Captain's dinner. Other dinners will be on your own in a new port other evenings. Unlimited cold filtered water, coffee, and tea.
