Instructors
Anucha "Chack" Kantaphong
Anucha "Chack" Kantaphong was born 1972 in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province in South Thailand. After his university studies he ended up in the world of wellness and was licensed for Thai Yoga Massage by Thai Ministry of Health. Since then Chack has worked in some of the most famous wellness resorts in Thailand as a Senior Wellness instructor. Chack has joined Aava Resort & Spa in 2012 as a Resident Wellness Coordinator. Chack master large variety of wellness activities such as Astanga, Vinyasa and Flow Yoga, Pranayama, Tai Chi, Muay Thai, Pilates and Meditation Practice
