How the retreat works

During these retreats you will meet daily from Thursday to Sunday. All sessions vary in length:

  • Meditations - about 30 minutes
  • Yoga - about 60-70 minutes
  • Workshop - 2 hours
  • Q&A Talks - 30 minutes

Daily schedule (GMT+7)

Day 1: Thursday

  • 16:30 Intro and welcome
  • 17:00 Sunset Yin yoga with the view of the sunset over the mountains

Day 2: Friday

  • 06:45 Sunrise mediation with the view of the sunrise over the ocean
  • 08:30 Morning Yoga - Flow
  • 12:30 (April Retreat) Workshop - Inversions Workshop led by Marcelo and Mariana (head, hand and forearm stands and prep. exercises to achieve it)
  • 17:30 Sunset Yin yoga
  • 18:30 (April Retreat) Howl at the Moon - Chanting for the new moon

Day 3: Saturday

  • 09:00 Morning Yoga - BikYasa Yoga - Inspired by Hot 26 and Ashtanga with modern music and silence
  • 12:30 Mother Buddha Cave Temple - Loving Kindness Meditation
  • 17:30 Sunset Yin yoga

Day 4: Sunday

  • 06:45 Morning Beach Sunrise Meditation
  • 08:30 Morning Yoga - Vinyasa Flow

This yoga and meditation retreat is held online. Aava Resort & Spa is based in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand (GMT+7) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
