How the retreat works
During these retreats you will meet daily from Thursday to Sunday. All sessions vary in length:
- Meditations - about 30 minutes
- Yoga - about 60-70 minutes
- Workshop - 2 hours
- Q&A Talks - 30 minutes

- 12:30 (April Retreat) Workshop - Inversions Workshop led by Marcelo and Mariana (head, hand and forearm stands and prep. exercises to achieve it)
- 17:30 Sunset Yin yoga
- 18:30 (April Retreat) Howl at the Moon - Chanting for the new moon
