Please note that this retreat is a yoga stay package rather than a group led retreat so the start date is flexible. This five-night six-day yoga retreat is based on the practice of Kundalini yoga and chakra healing. This retreat will teach you the benefits of living a yogic life, a life from your own center in the here and now. You can enjoy the awakening of energy centers on true yogic experience. The dedicated and experienced yoga instructor will help you to take in your deepest self-being.
