Instructors
Ayla Wilde
Ayla has been teaching internationally for the last 6 years. She is a qualified Dru/Vinyasa yoga instructor who has taught on online studios, one on one, at charity events, kids and teens yoga, retreats, mens yoga and much more. She is very skilled at providing adaptations to ensure everyone is included in her classes, and teaches a well balanced class of stretch, building up a sweat, and deep relaxation.
Frani Wilde
Frani is incredible at what she does, she's been known as a bit of a wizard at fixing injuries in her 30+ years as a Physiotherapist. She's been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and has recently completed her ayurvedic health training. She's kind, gentle, passionate, and loves what she does. She genuinely cares about her patients and students and gives her all to help them, and it shows. She's been an international tutor of physio and yoga, and taught on both retreats and various other locations.
