During this retreat, you will be accommodated at 7LemonsHouse. The accommodation is located in the north part of the island in a small surfer's village called Lajares, between two volcanoes. It is a personally designed house with a green garden. 7LemonsHouse invites travelers to relax on their sun beds, enjoy a view of the volcanoes, read a book, or surf with their free Wi-Fi internet connection.
The apartments have a very cozy and romantic atmosphere and the staff is warm and friendly, which will make you feel instantly at home. The apartments are fully equipped and have wooden beams, bright rooms, and wooden floor. The showers are made of natural stones and bed linens and bath towels are provided. There is also a big terrace with a big table, wooden chairs, barbecue, sunbeds, and a chill out area.

During the yoga classes, you will work on pranayama (breath control), asana (poses), and meditation. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind, but also help you deepen your practice as well. Together with the group, you will find out how the poses can work for you personally.
The classes use postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation, encourage the proper alignment of the body, and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. You will also be focused on yoga Nidra to release stress and tension by reaching a state of conscious deep sleep.
If you are in Fuerteventura, you need to enjoy the ocean. There is no better workout than stand up paddle, because each muscle will be trained in an easy way through the constant balancing and paddling. It is an easy and funny workout in contact with the ocean. Stand up paddle is a combination of paddling, balancing, and surfing.
The lessons are given in small groups with personal attention by certified instructors. After some balance exercises, you paddle in the first wave and make your first ride. In case you would prefer, surf lesson can be arranged for you instead of stand up paddle.
There are plenty of opportunities to walk reasonable distances along beaches and coastlines, often with almost anybody else around. The house is just next to one of the most beautiful volcanic crater called Calderon Hondo, and from the viewing platform at the top, there is a really amazing view for miles around like the Corralejo dunes. You will have a picnic on the crater, enjoy the view, or you can reach the top to enjoy the sundown or the bright full moon.

She continued her studies in Swásthya Yoga, the first University of Yoga founded in Brazil, where yogis from around the world congregate to learn from the masters and from each other. The Swásthya method includes asana yoga, Raja yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, Jnana (Gyana) yoga, and Tantra yoga. She took her practice even further and lived and taught in the US, México, Costa Rica, and the Canary Islands.
Heiko Gatje is a well known chef and he looks back on over 20 years of cooking experience. He has catered for big movie productions, like Exodus, of Sir Ridley Scott, and he has his own catering service firm in Fuerteventura. With him, you will discover how to make home-baked artisan breads and learn tips and technique to make delicious, healthy vegetarian food.

This retreat will be held at 7LemonsHouse is in Fuerteventura, Spain. 7LemonsHouse is located in the north part of the island in a small surfer's village called Lajares between two volcanoes. From Lajares, you can reach all beaches of the north nearly in the same time and the North Coast is only four kilometers away. In Lajares big hotels or mass tourism does not exist; the local life mix up with the individual tourism.
During this retreat, you will be served once daily delicious brunch and a healthy dinner. The goal of this retreat is to provide high quality and nutritionally balanced meals and make you enjoy the fine taste of Heiko’s cuisine. You will be provided with delicious and healthy meals, cooked using fresh ingredients. The recipes use seasonal ingredients and locally grown ingredients, offering you a lot of variety.
The menu is designed specifically and personally for active people, with a perfect balance of protein and carbohydrates. The soups are exclusive recipes, using fresh herbs, and all foods are cooked in healthy oils. The base of the food is vegetarian but once a week you will be offered a fresh fish option during the dinner for those who are not vegans or vegetarians. No food coloring, preservatives, or bleached flour are used.

You may also take the bus number three to Puerto del Rosario, changing to the number six to Corralejo then the number eight to Lajares.
