The Yin and Restorative yoga teacher diploma is a 30-hour complementary course suitable for yoga teachers, fitness and Pilates instructors, physiotherapists, mind-body therapists, and etc.
This 30-hour certification in Yin yoga consists of 26 contact hours with lead trainers, which includes 20 hours of supervised practice, two hours of philosophy, two hours of anatomy, and two hours of teaching methodology.
