Tamara has been studying, researching, and experimenting health and well-being since 2004. As a health and well-being coach, she helps, guides, and supports others to achieve their goals and passions whilst remaining focused and positive. She considers mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness rather than illness. Her journey into well-being was triggered by a car accident in 1999.
Hi I’m Carole and I am an ‘Energy Worker’. This simply means I work with your energy to restore energetic balance facilitating the release of energy blocks using the power of Sound, Kinesiology and Biofeedback alongside naturopathic principles and look forward to sharing this with you during your retreat. I love helping people shift old energy patterns and old perspectives – bringing transformation and a deeper sense of connection – be this on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the health and wellness arena.
Hi, I’m Miranda, a lifestyle enhancer! What on earth is that? I hear you say. I help people to live their healthiest, happiest lives by teaching them how to feel comfortable in their own skin. I teach about the importance of health from the perspective of self love, care and nurture. A yoga teacher and health coach by training, a philosopher at heart and a passionate enthusiast for natural alternatives. I very much look forward to meeting you and serving you food made with love and teaching you yoga to help your body feel fantastic.
Hi, my name is Miranda. It has always been my belief, that everything we need is available naturally if we can harness it. I have been in the health and wellness industry for 15 years, but it was meeting an ayurvedic doctor some years before that led to me training in ayurvedic massage. I am looking forward to sharing this ancient Indian system of healing with you during your stay. Ayurveda considers the balance between the mind, body and spirit to promote good health. The massage treatments work with your breath helping you to let go of stress whilst pressure is applied to marma points.
Hi, I’m James, Tamara’s partner. I have a keen interest in a variety of sports and fitness activities, in conjunction with nourishing my body through balanced diet and nutrition. It is an overall well-being philosophy helping to drive my journey of self-growth, and creating a self-help tool kit that supports today’s lifestyle. I love playing guitar in my own time and looking after my tribe. I look forward to sharing some guided walks in the local woods to enjoy and breathe in the beauty of our natural environment.
Hi I’m Vicky and I’m passionate about movement, creativity, nature and personal development. I love to uplift and inspire others through a variety of workshops and retreats using arts/crafts, movement/dance, meditation/mindfulness, music and nature. I’m really delighted to be sharing some creative sessions with you during the retreat. I live nearby and own my own wellbeing space.
