" Fantastic yoga weekend!"

Me and my friend Emma had a wonderful weekend at Poundon House in February.

Totally relaxing with yoga, long walks in the sun, reading in front of the fire and taking long baths. And the food was amazing! Just vegetarian and gluten free - I did not know it could taste so good. The hosts Alicia and Nathalie were amazing and made every effort to make us feel at home. Yoga teacher Mischa was also amazing and our interest in Vinyasaflow yoga really increased. We want to come back both to Poundon House again and go some course for Mischa again.
